Both were strays, and now both live a very happy and peaceful life with my girlfriend and I. :) Minnie is very curious about the bathtub when I'm in it. New pics of my foster babies [16 Dec 2009|08:25am] kittypix [enigma74] [ mood | happy ] ( My fosters ) Deacon still likes being under the bed better than not. Ella on the other hand... What a ham! She has decided that I must be okay (especially since I have kitty treats) and she has proceeded to make herself a fixture on my lap/arm/keyboard/head or whatever else she can climb onto. She is very lovable and sweet but obviously needy. Poor girl hasn't had a lot of attention paid to just her for a while and it shows. She is going to be the easy one to get adopted out for sure with that sweet temperament. All I have to do is work on making her less fearful at first so she'll show better. I'm so happy. [14 Dec 2009|07:52pm] kittypix [silkygecko] We adopted Louie last December when he was 5 months old. He spent a lot of time in the Christmas tree getting used to the house and stuff..... cut to this year, when he is now a hefty 13 pounds and still climbs the tree every day. He has squished down the branches (it's an atrificial pre-lit) and knocks balls off daily. No glass ornaments for us! Strictly shatter proof Wal-Mart ones. wizard, march 2007 - december 2009 [14 Dec 2009|06:34pm] kittypix [ohhepburns] Today I took Wizard to the vet because he hurt one of his legs, he was going to be fine. As we were heading to the car back home he got out of the cage and ran and got hit by car. The doctor tried to save him but he died anyway. I saw the whole thing and now I will never get that image out of my head. I'm so sorry if there was something I could have done better.
